Flatra is a free apartment maintenance app for Indian housing societies, apartment associations and RWAs of 10–100 flats. The society's secretary generates every flat's monthly maintenance bill in one tap, bills water by meter reading, records cash and UPI payments and publishes the society's expenses with receipt photos; every owner and tenant signs in with their mobile number to see their dues, previous bills and where the money goes. It is built in Hyderabad, works in English, Telugu and Hindi, and is available on Android and in any phone browser.

Flatra is not a gate-security system: it does not manage visitors, deliveries, domestic staff or amenity bookings. It is not a payment gateway — residents pay the association directly and Flatra never holds the society's money. It is not a full double-entry accounting package. There is no native iPhone app yet; iPhone users use the web app.
Large platforms such as MyGate, ADDA and NoBrokerHood are built mainly for big gated communities and centre on gate security. Flatra is built for the small society whose problem is maintenance accounts. Read Flatra vs MyGate, Flatra vs ADDA, or MyGate alternatives for small apartments.
Create your society in the app in about 5 minutes — flats, bills, generate the month. Free for the society and every resident.
